Completing the basement of a newly built home, including the addition of a side entrance to provide independent access to the basement. In this project, a fully functional kitchen and a complete bathroom were designed and built, creating the opportunity for the owner to use the space independently and generate rental income.

Kitchen Renovation - Unionvile
n this project, a beautifully designed kitchen in the Unionvile neighborhood was created and installed. Changes to the floor and ceiling design resulted in a distinctive and inviting space. The installation of quartz stone countertops and the construction of a large, functional island significantly enhanced both the efficiency and enjoyment of using the kitchen.
First floor Renovation - Forest Hill
One of the highlights of this project was the redesign and renovation of the main staircase leading to the second floor, as well as the fabrication and installation of custom woodwork on the kitchen ceiling. Combined with the design and construction of a beautiful kitchen, these elements significantly enhanced the overall aesthetic of the project. The installation of elegant hardwood flooring added warmth and cohesion to all aspects of the completed work.
