Bayview Village Landscaping & Hardscaping
A landscaping and hardscaping project on a Bayview Village home in North York, completed in one month. Homewrap renewed the driveway, transformed the backyard, repaired the garage concrete slab, and finished the garage floor with an epoxy coating — every exterior surface of the property, brought up to the same standard.

The client wanted to add value to the home through its exterior. Homewrap delivered the full landscaping and hardscaping scope of the property in a single one-month window: hardscaping for a renewed driveway, full backyard landscaping, repair work on cracks in the garage concrete slab, and an epoxy floor coating that brought the garage interior up to the standard of the rest of the project.
The 6,000 sqft total work area covered both the front driveway and the rear yard. Because the entire project was exterior, the home stayed occupied throughout, with the homeowners living normally while the work progressed outside. Coordinating the front and rear scopes alongside the garage interior in a single one-month build meant sequencing the trades so the property was never fully shut down to the family.
