The brief was 'every aspect of the landscaping' on a 6,000 sqft property in Thornhill. Homewrap delivered the full exterior scope as a single three-month project: a new pool installed as the centerpiece of the rear yard, light-toned interlocking around the deck and patio, and landscaping across both the front and back to wrap the property as a single cohesive exterior.
Because the entire project was exterior, the home stayed occupied throughout — the homeowners lived normally while the work progressed outside. Coordinating pool installation alongside hardscape and landscape work meant sequencing the trades so the property was never fully shut down to the family, even with a project at this scale on a three-month schedule.
