The brief was a complete top-to-bottom renovation: open-concept main floor, kitchen, bathrooms, basement, and exterior all updated to a current market standard. Homewrap delivered the full scope across the 3,500 sqft, 4-bedroom home in three months, with everything from layout to landscaping refreshed in a single coordinated build.
The home was unoccupied throughout the project, which let the team open up the layout, gut and rebuild the kitchen and bathrooms, finish the basement, and wrap the exterior with landscaping without staging around a live household. Architectural drawings for the permit set were produced by the same in-house design team running the build, and all four major permit streams (building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) were pulled and managed in-house.
