Newmarket Full Home Renovation
A 4,500 sqft, 5-bedroom full home renovation in Newmarket. The brief was to take an existing home down to the studs and rebuild it as an open-concept layout. Homewrap delivered the full gut renovation in three months, including kitchen, bathrooms, basement finishing, and landscaping, with design produced in-house.

The client wanted a complete transformation: open-concept layout, walls removed, and a full renovation that took the home down to the studs. Homewrap gutted the existing 4,500 sqft, 5-bedroom house and rebuilt it with the new layout in place. The work covered every floor: a full kitchen rebuild, multiple bathrooms across the five bedrooms, basement finishing for added usable space, and landscaping to finish the exterior. The whole scope was delivered as a single three-month full home renovation, design and construction in-house.
The home was unoccupied throughout the build, which let the team gut all floors at once and move continuously without staging around a live household. Architectural drawings for the permit set were produced by the same in-house design team running the build, and all four major permit streams (building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) were pulled and managed in-house.
