Cosmetic Clinic Downtown Toronto
A 6,000 sqft commercial fit-out for a new cosmetic clinic in downtown Toronto, completed in three months. The interior was led by an external design team specializing in clinical and hospitality spaces. Homewrap handled the full construction scope and managed all permits in-house.
The build, start to finish.
Homewrap delivered a complete commercial build-out for the clinic across three months, working alongside an external design team that specified a custom, designer-led interior. The construction scope spanned the full 6,000 sqft of the space and included a kitchen area, multiple bathrooms, and exterior work, all coordinated with the client's design partner to keep the project on a tight launch timeline.
The build was a renovation of an existing space rather than new construction, which meant working within the existing envelope while delivering an interior that met the design team's vision.

Pulled in-house.
Homewrap pulled and managed building, plumbing, electrical (ESA), and HVAC permits in-house for the project, coordinating with the City of Toronto and ESA throughout the three-month build.
Handling permits in-house, alongside construction, kept the schedule tight and let the team flag and resolve approval issues without the lag of a third-party expeditor.

Homewrap delivers commercial and residential construction projects across downtown Toronto and the wider GTA — including North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough.
