The construction scope spanned the full 6,000 sqft of the space and included a kitchen area, multiple bathrooms, and exterior work, all coordinated with the client's design partner to keep the project on a tight launch timeline.
The build was a renovation of an existing space rather than new construction, which meant working within the existing envelope while delivering an interior that met the design team's vision.
